1. IMPORTANT FCRA NOTICE

CheckSomeone does not provide consumer reports and is not a consumer reporting agency. CheckSomeone cannot be used as a background check to make decisions about consumer credit, employment, insurance, tenant screening, or any other purpose that would require FCRA compliance.

2. Service Description

CheckSomeone provides a search service that aggregates publicly available information from public records, social profiles, and public databases. The service is intended for personal reference purposes only.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use this service for unlawful purposes, including but not limited to:

• Stalking, harassment, or threats
• Discrimination in hiring, housing, credit, or insurance
• Fraud or identity theft
• Any illegal activity

4. Subscription Terms (ROSCA Compliance)

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize CheckSomeone to:

• Charge your payment method $0.99 for a 7-day trial
• After the trial ends, charge $29.99/month (or your segment-specific price) for continued service
• Continue charging monthly unless you cancel

You may cancel at any time through your dashboard or by contacting support@checksomeone.com. Cancellations are processed immediately and you will retain access through the end of your billing period.

5. Refund Policy

Refund requests submitted within 48 hours of purchase will be automatically approved. Requests submitted after 48 hours will be reviewed by our team.

6. Data Accuracy

While we strive for accuracy, CheckSomeone cannot guarantee that all information is current or complete. Public records may be outdated, inaccurate, or subject to correction.

7. Liability

CheckSomeone is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of this service.
